“What people say about means everything. Please take a moment to see what some of my customers have said about their experience with buying or selling a home through me!”
What an honor to have been chosen by the Huett Family. David works for Kimberly Clark and through hearing of another experience with another client of mine with Kimberly Clark, he requested my services to assist in finding his family a home in Evans. I knew within 1 minute of have a conversation with David that we were going to hit it off. He is as analytical of a Buyer as they come and his way of looking at Real Estate marries up well with how I run my business. I believe in doing market research so i can compare the numbers of the data with my clients “List of desires” for their future Home purchase. By combing through the mountain of information that is available to me as a Realtor I can create a purchase of a property which is factual and not just emotional ultimately leading to a sound investment.
His wonderful wife Kathy thinks and feels with her heart and make decisions for her family accordingly. She taps into my emotional side of being a Mom of two and knowing that in the end it cant always be about the “numbers”. There has to be a happy medium between creating a sound investment and finding a Home.
Many buyers start their home search by looking on a national website like a “Zillow”, Real Estate.com”. etc. A local realtor like myself, can provide you local intimate knowledge that a software program can not. I look at the historical sales of the developments, the days on the market of the property, the schools, the areas amenities, and much more. By doing this, I create a TRUE snap shot of the market not just provide list of homes.
There are countless homes that meet a buyer’s wish list but only 1 or 2 that will meet their wish list and are a smart investment. My goal is always to find my clients a “HOME” but the “American Dream” of home ownership is not just buying a “piece of property” but its also securing your investment. You can have it all with my help! Call me today for all your Real Estate needs.
“I was looking for someone that would be upfront, concise, and honest. Ms. Hopkins had me hook, line, and sinker the moment we shook hands and she began to present Pine Bluff. Remarkable! Literally, there was no stone unturned. This area should have at least one more column above Excellent for those rare teams like Brittany and Ann. Wow…To be completely honest, every time I start to think about how enjoyable it was going through the process of purchasing our new home, I almost wish I could do it all over again. I never, at anytime, felt pressured, lost, uninformed, or, remorseful. From the first moments of talking with Brittany, to the last conversation we had, I felt as though I was in a college course for Realtor certification. Very refreshing to receive information that you want or need, when you want it. The best way to describe my experience is this: If i was the CEO of Meybohm Realtors, and I went undercover as a home buyer, and I went through the whole process with Ms. Brittany…Well, she would be the one that I gave $25k to continue education, pay for a week vacation for her and her family, and promote her to a Training Dept. responsible for developing training courses for other agents within the organization. It’s how I feel. “

This is one amazing woman that we had the pleasure of representing. Lee owns a Gorgeous Two Story Home situated on a Large 70 foot lot in the “Cottages” at Pine Bluff. The home boasts three ovens, yes three, stacked stone outdoor fireplace, and an unbeatable lot in the low $200’s. Congrats Lee & welcome to Pine Bluff!
“Working with Joel and Brittany was a GREAT experience. They provided suggestions and ideas to accommodate our needs in a new home. They were readily available to answer any questions we had about our construction project. Both of these professionals went out of their way to make sure we were happy.”

“Brittany Hopkins and Ann Parham were always there when we had a question that needed answering. We had a couple of snags which I’m sure with the start up of a new subdivision are expected, such as the mailboxes, cable/internet service and street lights. Both always tried to get updates on the progress of these delays. They continue to drop by to make sure we have settled in or need anything. Thanks to both.”
